Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 4-5 business days.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Orders up to and worth INR 499/- require delivery charges as INR 70/- irrespective of the location.
Orders worth INR 500/- and above are eligible for free shipping.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.

Shipment to addresses

LL MALL ONLINE ships to addresses within India only.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s)/AWB. You can track your orders live through LL MALL ONLINE Website.
